謝至恩OpenAI 這場宮鬥政變正式落幕？
隨著今天早上 ChatGPT 全球大斷線之後，OpenAI 在 Twiiter 上宣布重新迎回 Sam Altman 與 Greg Brokeman 。董事會也將改組，初步由 Bret Taylor 擔任主席，董事包括 larry Summers 與 Adam D’Angelo 。

Sam Altman 與 Greg Brockman 也貼文表示將回到 OpenAI 。 Sam Altman 表示週日晚上決定加入微軟，現在有新董事會與 Satya（微軟執行長）的支持，將重返 OpenAI，並穩固與微軟的合作關係。

一位直接了解談判情況的人士表示，這個小型、初期董事會的唯一職責是審查並任命一個多達 9 人的新正式董事會，以重設 OpenAI 的治理結構。微軟已對 OpenAI 投資超過 100 億美元，可能會在擴大的董事會中佔有一席之地，Altman 本人也是如此。微軟 CEO Satya Nadella 在本週的記者會上表示，公司不希望再有任何「意外」。
所有關鍵方都已發表了關於回歸的協議，看來除了最後一些文件工作外，這已是一樁成交的事情。 Altman 表示，「過去幾天我所做的一切都是為了維持這個團隊及其使命的完整。」
看起來在外部投資人與內部員工相挺執行長 Sam Altman 的表態之後，OpenAI 最終選擇迎回並改組董事會，為這場大戲畫下句點。
