謝至恩許多設計軟體在長期研發之下，儘管功能日益強大，但程式碼體積也逐漸肥大，幸好現在有許多供 Adobe AIR 用戶端所使用的網頁設計工具，每項程式的功能雖然簡單，但合併起來威力無窮。
在 Adobe AIR 上執行設計工具，好處在於可以跨平臺執行，甚至在小型筆電上都能夠有所發揮。
Webkut：網頁截圖
若今天要收集一堆網站版型來當做設計參考，難道要用佛陀夏普一張張剪下來嗎？不必！Webkut 這款工具提供相當方便的網頁截圖功能，僅需要輸入想要截圖的網址，便可用 3 種模式：全頁、可視區域與自行定義範圍。
除了能夠儲存為 JPG 、 PNG 或 PDF 格式之外，還能夠將所擷取的圖片上傳到 Flickr 相簿網站，相當方便。
DesignView：Flex 建構設計工具

Caliper：可 360 度旋轉的測量工具
咦？又不是要做木工，為什麼電腦上要安裝測量工具呢？事實上在網頁設計時，經常要快速得知某些網頁元件如 logo 、廣告等等的尺寸，因此 Caliper 便仿造測量尺，幫使用者量測網頁上所有元件的尺寸。
當然，這樣的測量工具不少，而 Caliper 的特點在於能夠旋轉，因此可以快速量測不規則元件的長度。
Dojo Toolbox：快速取用 Dojo 元件
Dojo 對網頁設計師來說是相當方便的工具，而這款 Dojo Toolbox 可透過 Adobe AIR 安裝在桌面端，快速取用 Dojo 元件如 API Viewer 、 Builder 與 Resources，不論是尋找或取用 Dojo 元件均相當容易。
Icon Generator：圖示產生器
這款工具的功能太單純，卻意外的好用。 Icon Generator 可以快速建立 2 種風格的圖示：Adobe CS3 與 Web 2.0 。
使用者只要輸入文字並選擇顏色後，便可以自動產生 4 種尺寸的圖示，有 128×128 、 48×48 、 32×32 與 16×16 。
Adobe Developer Connection Developer Desktop：快速取用 Adobe 開發資源
簡稱為 ADC 桌面，可立即取用 Adobe 的開發網站與實驗室網站，獲得第一手的資訊，甚至是各種產品的外掛元件、更新通知與新聞資訊等等。
簡單來說 ADC 桌面是一個瀏覽器，但是只讀取 Adobe Developer Connection 網站，但內建了 RSS Reader 、群組討論與 Bug 通知，可直接查詢 Adobe Developer Connection 網站的內容。

The ‘Calipers’ software mentioned in this article is a blatant rip-off of our own Screen Calipers software. The user interface and the functionality has been poorly copied by a publisher who has not identified us as the originator of the idea and has proceeded to create this software without our permission.
I strongly urge everyone to support the hard work that went into the idea of the Screen Calipers by not downloading this application but instead using the original here:

Our software is priced at $29.50, and without it there never would have been this poor imitation.
I also urge Network Magazine to remove this link to the AIR Calipers and not support this breach of our copyright.
